I agree with the majority of the comments. The MuA is not at fault. She was only doing the job she was told to do and when to do it, and had nothing to do with when Hannah would be live again. Hannah's facial expression and body language spoke volumes about her.
I'm waiting to see her apologize via Twitter and provide her side of the story. So get ready for a sports article dedicated solely to what just happened.

Actually, (and being in the business more than just my website) when cameras are rolling (MUA has a monitor to see live action) you don't create a cutaway like that under ANY circumstances. The director should have known better, OR most likely the MUA saw a blemish and thought she had time. Storm has no reason to apologize other than to say "sorry about the technical difficulties". That was a huge blooper on the staff's fault.

Wow! She didn't even try to soften it up. She totally put the blame on her "good friend".

Johnny Carson used to drive the NBC execs nuts by moving around and getting the crew on camera. The crew member(s) would have to be paid a fee for their appearance plus a variety of other costs.
It wouldn't surprise me that fines have since been imposed to prevent this. Storm may well have been a great service to her friend.
