Even this guy went through all the legal channels and is still in deep shit. This really sucks for him and potentially the whole industry as well. I can't imagine ever, especially after reading this article..going without release forms and proper channels to explain to models or ANY girl I photograph where the photos will end up. If you're winging it out in the field with silly stories just to get models or doing anything shady just for the images you are opening yourself up to problems. Hence my endless campaign against piracy and watermark scrubbing on social media. When I'm right...I'm right. Just be careful fellow colleagues. [Smile]
