Hi. I'm hoping someone here can help me with this problem.
As of today, my Cyber Power Media Player won't play DVDs. It came back with an error about it missing MSCR71.dll. Can anyone help me with this?
Also, can any of yyou recommend a good free media player I can download onto my computer?
By the way, I have windows 10
Thanks in advance!

I use VLC media Player for watching movies and such. But honestly Windows 10 is your problem. Get rid of it ASAP, complete rubbish.

This is a new computer, and Windows 10 is its operating system--damn! Thanks for the advice, though.

Win 10 far better than Win 8!

...and im a DOS man myself;)

But I agree with VLC. Dont download the Windows store version of it though...get the full app from the company itself

And Win7 is better than them both. Too many bugs and automatic updates that screw your system up on 10. Not to mention the registry. [Puke]

I'm watching this thread for any tips I can pick up. Had to buy a new one, too. Fighting with Win 10, as well. Gosh, I miss xP.
