Alice and I didn't want to let rain the morning of our shoot get in the way. We waited until a little later, once things cleared up, and went out to see what we could shoot. There was no way I was going to pass up the chance to have her and those size 11 feet in front of my camera, or in my hands.
So, what did we do? We went to the store and looked around for some potential props to inspire us for a theme. That's when I saw the playground balls. "What about a kickball theme," I asked. Then I remembered that the fields would be a massive mud pit. Alice did too and we were like, "With muddy feet!"
We loved the idea and Alice picked out a blue ball (on purpose). I laughed and said, well, you'd need two of them for some blue balls. So two balls it was! And two massive muddy feet soon followed suit!
