Saw this in a artsy shop in Fernandina Beach last weekend. Knew many of you would love it! Sorry didn't catch the price- it was hard enough to sneak away from the wife, to get the photo with my cell camera.

Obviously the creator of this chair knows how to appreciate feet and heels!

absolutely.. that is some chair!!! a true heel lover would create that! or a savy designer who wants to appeal to heel wearers.

The maker of this chair knows what's up . He or she can definitely move in our circle . Pull up chair, my friend .

That is bizare ... and interesting. I wonder how old it is, and if it's origin is american, etc.

I believe it's modern American, Most of the items in the shop had been made by local artisans.

Seriously, am I the only one who finds that chair creepy? I probably couldn't sleep with that in my house...

I'm not sure if I like it. In a way I find it creepy, yet a part of me likes it. If I was single and planned on staying that way, I'd be more willing to buy it.

I agree. As interesting as it is, I do find it a little bit odd / creepy. The idea itself is fascinating and the creator did a good job of putting his idea to practice - but the oddity lingers, sort of in the back of your mind.
