I've been using these "yoga toes" which truly does stretch the toes not only apart but it pull them up and out giving a stretch through the arch as well. With all the high heels I walk around in ALL DAY - EVERY DAY - these are a blessing!

Honestly RPM - it's been so long since I have a foot massage by anyone other than when I get a pedi - I'm not sure I'd know what to do with it! LOL

I honestly don't have bunions but I will tell you that your toes get squished in high heeled shoes and then your big toe starts looking like it's leaning in and your baby toe looks like it wants to hide under the toe next to it! LOL

It really just aligns your toes better and the stretch feels good. Can be a little painful at first so the usage time can be limited and work up to the rest.
