Sorry for posting this in the wrong forum but I wanted as many people to read this as possible. I received an email from someone who purchased one of my clips from my c4s store who said there was no audio to the clip, and all of my clips have audio. Anyone here who has purchased a clip of mine and it for whatever reason doesn't have any sound please message me on here or email me. It is very important to me that anyone who purchases something from me gets every pennies worth. From all that I've found out so far this has been for just one person but it has been bothering me since he messaged me that someone else out there might have bought a clip and didn't get everything they paid for and we will definitely get you the full version. Sorry for anyone this does not apply to that you may have wasted your time viewing this, I promise I will make up for your time with some new pics soon!

What is the clip in question?
A few years ago I had a clip that I uploaded only got 3/4 of the clip up. A few people paid for like a 7 minute clip only to have 4 minutes of it. I corrected the problem by reloading it and giving those folks a freebie clip.

Well I have gotten a lot of feedback from this post, and apparently it was just one isolated incident, something must be wrong with his video player or something, so I am greatly relieved!
