I do not think you can direct link from your PC. You need to upload the clip to a video hosting site and then post the link in a thread.
If it is encoded using the DIVX codec it should be fine size wise. Otherwise I would recommend trans coding it to .MP4, Quicktime, WMV, or even MPEG-1.

You can always upload it to a server site like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, FileFactory or similar sites and just post the link here so that we can download it that way. If you upload it to MultiUpload though it'll upload it to like 5 different sites for you give you the link to the file on their site where you'll have the option to download it from all the sites it's been uploaded to from them. Makes files last longer that way.
