I don't get it why would people want to go barefoot in the chilly winter? Aren't they afraid they might get frostbite on their feet?

I think it's just to make guys like me happy. I know it's a bit different, odd, impractical and a health risk- but I find it arousing. I'm pretty sure they don't stay out too long (unless they have tough feet)
