Another girl I work with has joined the ranks of the sole mate roster for Soles of Silk. I present to you, Aspen, who turned 18 yesterday and had been wanting to pose for some time. She's friends with many of the other girls at work, including Ryan. Think I should get them together?

When I was walking out of work tonight with Aspen I pulled this page up on my phone and read your comments to her. She was ALL smiles, believe me. She was so excited earlier taking the photos and you all were the cherry topping on the night, letting her know how much you're all looking forward to her photos.
As for the file size, I'm leaning toward that file size above. Yes, some people put out images that are 4,000 pixels, but I just think it's overkill. Maybe I'll change my mind over time, but I'm thinking that size works well.

I passed along some more of these comments as well as her response on Twitter. The girl did 2 photo sets on Wednesday and is already telling me all these ideas she has for sets she wants to do. Can't wait to get her back in front of the camera again.

Do you mark your calendar with girls birthdates so you can work in their first photo shoots? I can picture you at the maternity ward discussing a photo shoot with the proud parents for their daughters first future foot shoot for Soles of Silk in 2030. Good planning.

A few of you said you wanted to see more of Aspen. Well, there is this one. And funny how LeDaemon cracked on me about getting the models right out of the cradle. Looks like I robbed it on this one, huh?
All kidding aside, it wasn't all play and no work. I had to sit behind the camera and gaze upon Aspen's beauty - those freshly minted (and pedicured) 18 year old, size 8 feet, on display. Yeah I know, sucks to be me, huh? I mean, I was even a gentleman and gave those soft soles a 30 minute massage afterward while we talked about a number of planned shoots we already have. This shot came from the second set we did that day, right before that massage.
And LeDaemon, I don't plan that early. That's just what happens when I have girls who are 18 and have friends waiting to turn 18. Girls are just as bad as us guys and talk. So they know they're on my site and are hitting me up BEFORE I can even shoot them. Aspen is far from the first girl to be pushy about wanting to shoot as soon as they can.

Thanks again for all the great comments. Let me try to address some individual comments/questions throughout this thread:
ddash1985 - She's a size 8... A very soft size 8.
itotallylovebarefeet - It's a Canon Rebel T3i.
goodguyneighbor - Thanks. Your quality has always been top notch. I've been wanting to larger on the files too lately, but I'm still trying to toe the line between big and too big. While I love a shot I can see every detail, I also dislike that in the same respect. Trying to find that middle ground between size, file size, download time (for non-wifi mobile users), and ease of view (limited scrolling to see the sweet spots). It's not easy to please everyone.
Red_Fox - They tasted normal, although with a hint of the lotion I rubbed into them prior to each shoot. I haven't had much time to experience that since they were underage feet only 2 days prior to shooting these sets. LOL... She shot the day after her 18th birthday. As for selling items, I don't think I ever will. Once my site is redesigned, the store is going bye bye. I never used it and don't want the hassle of having girls fall through on items if someone wants them. It's hard enough to schedule shoot time. I can only imagine trying to collect three pairs of socks from someone. LOL
Tadpole in a Jar - Before we got together for this last minute shoot the day after her birthday we had discussed shoot ideas for when she could shoot. We have already planned on doing some sets at a beach resort town where she can wear a few bikinis she's been telling me she wants to wear.
To everyone else: Your comments have really made Aspen excited to pose again. She's loving the feedback and is so happy that people are so excited to see her first set go up next week.

Yes that is major overkill, even this size is large but at least the quality is there. Skin tones still get splashed though, a very common occurance in outdoor photography.

I usually bump some slight coloration while in Photoshop to give cooler images a warmer feeling, or brighten indoor lighting. I'll still take shooting outdoors every time over indoor. Although I like controlling my scenes inside, there is just something so kick ass about having a neat background not found in other people's photos.

Yeah I do as well add some warmth here and there and do prefer outdoor to indoor since the coloration looks much better with natural lighting. The same old boring park bench or scenic tree backgrounds do the trick everytime, then again no one really looks at it anyway which was a rediculous non-argument from the past.

I disagree. Sites where the models sit on the same couch, put their feet on the same table top, etc. in every single shoot aren't my favorites. I'm not saying they don't take good photos, or have great poses, but sites that incorporate creative scenes or locations always appreciated by me. Even if I use the same locations, I always try to make them look different or shoot them at different angles. I probably do put too much time into finding locations, but I think it makes my photography and product better than if I didn't.

Sounds like people are really enjoying Aspen. Five more days until her first full set goes online. I'll have to be sure to pick different preview shots so you all have something new to look at as well.

I agree 100% with Patrick on this one. Different scenes or scenarios are a great add-on to foot fetish photography and Patrick is a master when it comes to this (ex: bus photo set ).
PS: Aspen was too much for me. I went completely stunned when I first saw her pics! Even though I can't wait for the next week to see my favorite girl from Soles of Silk
