Came across this image and then researched who it was. Karine Ferri, who is apparently a really hot brunette French television/radio presenter.
Not sure what the story behind this image is, as my only source for it is this: http://www.jeuxvideo.com/forums/42-51-47633426-1-0-1-0-les-pieds-de-karine-ferri.htm and the person who posted it seems to be asking where it's from as well. Perhaps it's from around the time Miley Cyrus wrote the infamous "Rolling Stone" on her soles and she's doing her own parody of it?
