Just came across this on YouTube. Apparently the gal is what appears to be a fashion adviser for POPSUGAR, and she tries and reviews a product called Babyfoot, which is those foot bootie things you put on your feet to peel away the skin on your soles and make your soles super soft. There's a mix of both shots of her clean, soft soles after she uses the product, and shots of her soles as her feet are peeling.
0:29 - 0:31, 1:49 - 1:52, 4:54 - 5:02, 5:13 - 5:18 are all the segments that show her clean bare soles, and in my opinion, all look like clips that came straight out of a foot fetish video. If you were to make a compilation of just those scenes into one video, I actually would think it was intended to be a foot fetish video.
