Bella is a cool lady from Baton Rouge, LA that I met on Instagram late last year. She has since deleted her account, but she went by the screen name bella.blissful. We DM'ed each other a few times and she eventually sent a few pics of her feet. I liked what I saw and wanted to see those soles in person!
