(a) its all consensual - its not like the woman's getting assaulted is it? So nothing to get angry about.
(b) the woman's probably not the guy's wife - just your average porn actors getting paid 50 bucks a day
(c)some guys (and a lot of girls) get off on this, after all, they'd probably look at foot fetish as equally strange

Who is angry? I didn't start this post to piss anyone off. Regardless of whether it's a porn actress or not, it's a hot picture.
