Leana really wants a raise and Xana, her bitchy boss, is always trying to get more out of her employees. She decides to mess with Leana and tells her that not only will she not likely get a raise, but she is in fact not even sure she wants to keep her on and may let her go. Leana is desperate now and is willing to do anything to keep her job. Xana suggest that there is one thing she can do that may convince her, besides, she knows her employees well and has caught Leana many times staring at her feet.
