***Addendum*** I've had a lot of email asking who's feet these are, so I'll go ahead and reveal the owner of all but the sixth and last photograph to be Malory. I'm putting this addendum in front of the post, in order to head off new emails / questions.

For reasons I am still unable to understand, I have never been able to view female feet as a simple anatomical appendage - to my eye, they have always been thing of grace, and of great beauty. Why not "Feet-as-Art", as well?
I've seen far less meaningful things in museums, yet I don't believe I've ever seen anything more beautiful outside of one. It seems obvious to me, but I also wonder if I may be taking things too far - at least in my minds-view, and to my eyes.
What could rival the form of a female foot? The elegance of a sharply defined instep - the drama of a deep arch? Or the delicately curved blade of a beautiful foot?
Unlike many foot lovers, I am unable to separate the feet from the girl. I've got to love the girl to love her feet, and (for me) it's as much a case of feet being an ancillary benefit of (and luscious adjunct to) the girl; it's why I call them "Girls with Feet".
So I've taken and compiled some "artsy" feet photographs and yes, they may be a bit on the "cheesy glam" side of things, but my love for the form (and for the girls) affects the way I view them.
And therefore, the way I sometimes wish to present them.
So there you have it - Feet, as Art. From the distorted view of a man who can not help but to revere them, AND the girls to whom they are appended.

Good God Ben, That first picture, all of them really, but the first and third especially...well really of them, have captured the essence of the soft, delicate and devine perfection that makes women the most precious gift to ever grace this earth. I would say these shots most definatly qualify as artistic, unless maybe they're too natural and too beautiful too be fall into the catagory of art. However the professional and percise photography that portrays them in all their glory is something I would consider not only a portrait of art, but an absolute masterpiece.
So delicate, feminine and fine, such a treat to the eye, such an adventure to the imagination can only be defined in my opinion as truest and most pure form of natural beauty. However to capture that beauty and share it with all of us, to me, is art in its finest form.

Ben, What a great post. Probably in my eyes your best work. I feel you captured their feet in a way that is art and it being art you honor the girl. In a way I know I agree with you. To love her feet you must also love the woman. I can admire feet and not like the woman.(in that usually I don't know her). But I find myself falling for your girls because you tell about their personality. That my friend is why you posts are so special.

The thing of it is, that personality can actually make feet better; it changes the essence, just as a girl's individual scent does. I probably go a little overboard on the idea itself, but it's based on and born of feelings, rather than thoughts, I guess.

Hi Ben: You are not alone in not been able to separate the foot from the woman.It`s a good thing to not be able to just see only our fetish but the whole person.I have always thought of the female foot as a thing of inmense beauty. Thank God you have the aptitude to prove it visually and so beautifully!! Looking at those examples of art I have to ask,how can somebody not like them and be passionate about them? Really though I agree. Although not quite as dynamic as the face or hands, I believe they are enough to be an effective method of expression, even an insight into the owner's personality. You don't even need a foot fetish to acknowledge this. Choreographers and film directors both capitalise on this aspect already in conveying characters and their moods, motives etc through the way they are posed and framed. Also every foot is unique, and not just from birth but in the way they develop and how they are maintained or adorned, if at all: this in itself being an insight into the person's attitudes.
If I were to play devil's advocate I could argue that using such digital effects as you have would take away from the natural beauty of the feet thus defeating the purpose. However it could be a good way to demonstrate how we feel about feet to someone who doesn't find them inherently attractive. They look very ethereal and dreamy, almost of otherworldly beauty.

They absolutely are a thing of beauty, and it's because of the bias you mention - and the fact our self-awareness of that bias is so strong, that makes people like myself wonder "Is this really as great as I / we think it is ... or is is just me (us)".

They get a bad rap in mainstream media entities, and the only time you do see feet as a subject in any "art" presentation - is as a gimmick of some sort such as "One hundred FEET of Film", etc., and even then, they are seldom presented in a loving way, or one of tribute.

You mention choreographers and that's one of the things that has always fascinated me - the fact they are so aware of feet; the positioning, angles and (sometimes) outright prominence, etc., and the fact many choreographers prefer or at least foster the benefit of bare feet in routines ... yet there seem to be few actual foot "fetishists" among their ranks. In my view, feet are more expressive than any other human physical characteristic, and this is evidently felt my some (or many) non-foot loving choreographers; even those who often incorporate bare feet into their routines. One of our most prominent footgirls (Jyllian) is a professional choreographer. She and I have had countless discussions on this, and her input is also fascinating to me.

I concur, they are the most aesthetically pleasing part of the body, and also the most expressive. It does (of course) occur to me that my bias may drive as much of this idea as reality itself - but, as has been pointed out by others, there are plenty of non "fetishists" who are able to see and appreciate this, as well.

I spent about an hour setting up the lighting for the first, third and fifth photographs; my original plan was to use one key light, one fill light and a tiny slave flash hidden behind the feet, as a halo light. Eventually I ended up pointing the halo light straight up into a reflector (rather than toward the back of the feet) - and bouncing it back down on the feet from above. I diffused it quite a bit and experimented with it's return angle until I could get it to highlight along the blade of her foot and ankle (poor footgirl!).

It looks like you and I are on the same wavelength. I've actually begun the process of getting one of the photos from that shoot printed on a 24" X 36" textured canvas, which I'll mount on a deep burgundy wall in my (dimly-lit) media room - highlighted by a ceiling-mounted track light.

You are right, and that is why I really appreciate girls who spend the extra time and administer the painstaking care to make their feet presentable and keep them beautiful; the attention-to-detail they display in accentuating that beauty with toe rings, anklets and nail art.

The fourth pic shows just why, and speaks to Me in so many ways. Being a sole man, I love the delicate curves of her arches, and how they melt and flow into her soft soles. Simply stunning, and so beautiful. The soft tint of color that blends in so naturally with her skin tone, and the fluid lines of her petite feet, the gentle curves of her rounded heels....so sexy.
I must ask of course, who's feet do these belong too...and could you possibly post a full body shot of this beautiful woman.

You are spot on, it helps to have such beautiful girls to act as foot models. With girls such as these, you can line one up against a plain gray wall, put a camera on a tripod, set the timer to auto-snap ten photos and you'd STILL have great photographs.

Yes, thank Heavens for patience and dedication. After all the time it took to stage and then light that set, the shoot itself was (also) lengthy - and the dear footgirl had not a single complaint. She loved the photos, and that was my greatest reward - I'm still trying to figure out how to reward her.

I like the way you describe these, and the fourth photograph is one which I quite like as well. The Feet on photos one through five and photograph number seven are Malory's. The sixth and final photograph belong to a girl I've just recently met, Barbie.

Back for my daily dose of this epic thread, in my opinion the greatest thread in the history of this legendary board.
I think this thread should be pinned at the top of the forum because as threads make it deeper into the archives they tend to get lost. I know I've seen may phenominal threads by Ben resurface from like back in 07 and stuff, and it was probably just good luck for me that someone happened to bump them. I think this is the pinnicale of everything that is beautiful, natural, normal and awesome about foot fetish and it'd truely be a sin for any foot fan to ever miss out on such greatness. I think it'd serve as the perfect opening to the greatest foot fetish forum on the world wide web because the beauty contained within these pictures know no boundries and would appeal to any audience.
Any new commers to the board that start their journey here by seeing this type of unparalled quality of a picture that can be found here at Wus are going to be hooked instantly. Any nosey non foot fetish snoopers or lurkers that stumble upon this site, no matter how anti feet they may be, if they have a pulse and they happened to see this thread they couldn't possibly help but appreciate the beauty in these pictures. The foot perv looking to drop a load's only issue with having this thread at the top of the forum is that the pictures are so sexy he may end up with some premature ejaculation issues, and of course it'll be right there for the board regulars to look back on whenever they get the urge, or for the photographers or the foot girls, if they're ever feeling unmotivated or uninspired, one refreshing glance at these pictures is all they should need to get back in the zone and want to make their own magic happen.

i thought i recognized the foot.. but i said.. i'm not one to study as closely as I should, but i was planning to compare it to my 'database' to be certain.
Malory, my hat is tipped off deeply to you. I've done long shoots, but i was the only constant in the shoot.. (diff gals.. and me alone setting up and shooting). so i know how hard that can be on the photog.. i can only try to imagine your part.

I wander to this thread a little tardy but have to say that I agree with you Ben, and others. There is a certain indefinable grace in the architecture of a woman's feet; not just at rest but in action, as well. I love to watch the tension and release in the tendons of her toes and the stretch in the curve of her arch (music for my eyes). As a multi-faceted jewel, the beholder cannot appreciate one facet apart from its interplay with all the others.

Ben - I am amazed and totally enjoyed this thread. Malory's feet look fantastic (as always) but that first pic is total "art".
A comment was made in this thread about if only people without the fetish could appreciate the beauty. Trust me -- these pics could be sold to advertise in nail salons for the benefits of a good pedicure.
While I enjoy sharing pics of my feet with the members here - I do not have the fetish for feet -- HOWEVER, I can and do appreciate a well turned ankle, full manicured naill beds, well kept soft soles, foot jewelry and beautiful polishes....
My point being - that these pictures you have posted here would be looked at as beautiful by anyone who has an eye for "beauty" no matter what the subject matter.

as for me, i'm doing good.. just keeping busy. I'll drop you a line later when a break opens up.
this set is a testimony to how great a woman you are.. seriously. none of my friends would stick around for a shoot that long. the closest I came to it.. we moved around so much.. she barely noticed the time, but she wasn't too happy it was long either.

The irony is Ben shoots fast. He works & shoots really fast & uses mulitple cameras so he's changing back & forth. But he can spend a long time in setup when it's something like this. Even more ironic when he never does 2nd or 3rd takes while making videos but can spend an hour (or 2 or 3) setting up a still shot. Weird.

I'm actually working on that. I say this often, but it is (still) true - Barbie has some of the most beautiful feet you can find. We actually went out to do some shooting today but the weather didn't permit so we went and met Malory at a Cyber-coffee shop in Tacoma and logged in with her for a bit.
Give it a week or two and you'll be seeing some photos of Barbie. She's motivated to show her feet off and it's not just the feet. Wait until you see this GIRL!

It's actually not as bad as they claim. You've got essentially a rainy season (which is winter) and a dry season. We're not even in the top ten U.S. cities in average rainfall. It does get overcast quite a bit and that probably helps perpetuate the (relative) myth - it was freezing this morning though, and damp from fog. That's what kept us from shooting today. Keep an eye open for Barbie's feet sometime within the next few weeks. She's another tall one, at 5'10"!

Her arches are deep and her toes are long. She has some of the shapliest feet one may encouter. Anywhere.
