Just saw 2swift's post about a taking a health day *wink wink* and just thought I'd ask the question. Has anyone taken a sick day out of school or work due to a game you were playing?

I remember back in '06' took 3days off to play NFS-Most Wanted (PS2). Josie Maran [Drool]

I actually did take the day off from work to play Ghosts on it's release day. While I did not call in sick...I did take a vacation day to do so.

This was actually the first time I had ever done this...and I have been console gaming for a long time. I knew with my schedule for the day and week, it would be the only game time I would have at length to play, so I took advantage of my numerous vacation days and took a day off.

Of course I listed it as a "personal day" on the request sheet, LOL!

I have never taken a day off work/school ever for gaming needs lol I've turned down hangouts with friends to stay inside and play COD lots of times though [Big Grin]
