This month's column is an appeal to those of us who don't take the time to know who they're contacting and, quite honestly, make themselves look really bad. Recently I've gotten some direct messages from people thinking I'm a female, which inspired this little piece.

You hit the nail on the head with this one. Too many guys jump to conclusions and begin assuming. I'm guessing it's a side-effect of increased blood flow to one head, and decreased flow to the other.
