There have been quite a number of female singers/musicians who've performed live barefooted. Here's a list of some:
Sandie Shaw (one of the first to do it!)
Janis Joplin (at Woodstock!)
Linda Rondstadt (early in her career)
Kate Bush
Patti Smith (she often strips her shoes and socks off while singing "Dancing Barefoot!")
Deana Carter
Joss Stone
Elizabeth Glennie (a classical percussionist)
Bjork
Sade
Diana Ross (during her free Central Park concert)
Shakira
the Go Go's (at least one of them)

It's been a long time since I've been to one of her concerts, but I remember Amy Grant would perform in her bare feet during the late 80s.

I would love to have gone to a Brittney or Shakira, Kelly Clarkson or Shania. To me these women have absolutley beautiful feet.
