The Sold-Out characteristic is a standard feature of shell-games, scams and ponzi schemes; when they make up the schedule or calendar, three or four "Sold Outs" are plugged-in for each actual "seminar" date, etc. In other words, they were never actually there and the hoped-for result is two-fold:
1. Make everybody think the "events" are regular, routine and plentiful
2. Create an appearance of urgency in booking for the (few) dates that remain "open".
This why everything else is always "limited", so you have to buy it now or you risk forever losing your chance, etc. It also gives them a "weasel clause" - so that even after having ordered, paid and been stiffed or otherwise realized less than was promised, they can claim "mis-steps" due to overbooking, administrative error, etc.
A&F foot dude makes an excellent point on the simple fact they haven't even gone past the most basic rudiments of the site itself. The "Untitled-1" is a subtle but clear indication of a templated site that's meant to hoist a quick (and generally, unattended) curtain over a dark, dingy and unattended back room ... or a mail drop at some UPS shop in a strip plaza, etc.

I'm sure there are plenty of poor bastards who will pay up for this kind of thing. I certainly would not.
