As for people who are grossed out by something that is absolutely harmless? That's their hangup, not yours. Like NorCal stated, when your learn love and accept yourself, your views will change.
I have a foot fetish. I sleep really well at night, and when I look in the mirror, I like the person I see.
Anyone who wants to label me a "creep" or "pervert" can do so, I have no personal control over that, but remember that hate, at its roots, it based on ignorance and fear, and I'll be damned if I let others define who I am to myself.

That's usually the case when I see people overly hating their fetish. Many don't see anything above the ankles.

That's an excellent point, Patrick. Many times when I see a hot girl, I immediately focus on her feet, and often don't even notice anything else. In fact, it's getting to the point where if I'm watching porn, no matter how hot the girl is it's extremely difficult for me to get turned on at all if I can't see her feet and soles, or at the very least catch a glimpse here and there of some "incidental" foot exposure.

It doesn't matter how extreme your foot fetish is or if you only look at a hot woman's feet and nothing else...still doesn't justify calling the "fetish" a curse, or "creepy" or be ashamed of it. That is all personal mindset and there's nothing wrong with JUST liking feet at all. Everyone is unique.
1)Everyone has something that they like.. 2) If it does not hurt anyone its ok. 3) As Norcal said: Get comfortable with your self!

Maybe it is the women you have been around, or it is just your approach that creeps them out. I have not been rejected for it ever. My wife LOVES my foot fetish and indulges me with it everyday. I always look to see if a hot chick or any attractive woman for that matter has for feet. I have a foot fetish and I'm proud of it. A chick could be drop dead gorgeous but if she has ugly feet? Deal breaker... It all starts with the feet as far as being sexually attracted to a woman then I work my way up.

Yeah I am personally sick of the typical low self esteem type posters who spam the boards with these topics all the time. Unfortunately and especially since they added a bunch of new accounts to the board the place has been flooded with them. In one way this site is moving nicely, the other and I tried..is falling apart just like the Mousepad.

I too get tired of these types of guys. The guys that are so insecure and have such low self esteem, they need a girl to take them by the hand while they're crying and tell them it's ok to like feet. It's not the fetish itself that girls get creeped out about, it's the attitude and mentality of the guy. If you're embarrassed about your own likes and insecure about them, what makes you think a woman is going to be comfortable with it when you aren't even comfortable with it yourself?
I mean think about it. When you're in the bedroom with a chick and you want to suck her toes, do you think this type of mentality and approach is going to turn her on at all?

This just doesn't apply to feet, it applies to anything. Which is why I say it's not the fetish itself that deserved condemnation, it's the way a guy chooses to carry himself.
