Agreed. Most videos displayed online are easy to download, especially if the user has a Mac.

I say it's about equal. On Windows if you have Firefox and Ant Video Downloader then it's a breeze. On Mac you can just load up Safari's activity tab!

The easy way to decide if something can be copied, just realize that somebody can point a camcorder or camera at a computer screen. There are a lot of applications to capture everything on your screen and the sound. Finally there are applications (realplayer offers this option to me) that specifically recognize videos being played and will download them entirely.

tldr; low tech piracy always works.
