Same here about, I'd like to lose down to around 155 or so though honestly, I'm not sure what to do about it though. Think cardio will do the trick?

Just 30 minutes of exercise a day should do the trick. Most mornings I get up and jog before work and do a bunch crunches before doing the three S's. I also eat an apple and drink water on my morning drive to work. Try doing that if you can work it into your routine.

194 right now but want to get back to 175-180 to look lean and mean at the water parks
