All of the above...I have more experience with "indoor"-type feet, but I love looking at barefooters or hippie chicks who wear flips or sandals all the time. Their feet have personality. Also, callouses are kind of like a tan line. They tell me that the chick's been running around naked (barefoot) a lot. That's hot.
But that only goes as far as callouses. Bunions or feet scraped raw by shoes, etc. - no thank you

choosing rough and calloused over soft would be like choosing crooked teeth over straight teeth

What kinda person doesn't like french fries?
I can deal with either as long as the roughness isn't something obviously extreme. Something minor is workable in my opinion. Look at any attractive girl out in public or in a club or at school or wherever. If you walked over and checked her feet right there and then, you'd probably have about a 50-50 chance of them being smooth and soft. That's life.

Choosing soft soles over rough and calloused would be like choosing slick tires over treaded tires.

it isn't dangerous to have soft feet
