My girlfriend got me hooked on this show and we're watching Season One. She was a fan long before meeting me and learning of my foot fetish.
In one of the episodes on Disc 5 of season 1, Nick goes up to Greg and they talk. Greg says he has seen the most beautiful woman in the world. He talks about her eyes and her hair and all that, Nick nods and goes, "She had pretty feet, didn't she?" in a very No-Bullshit manner. Without missing a beat, Greg goes, "Ooh, yeah! Perfect toes, the middle one slightly longer than the big one!"
My girlfriend busted up laughing, "I forgot this character has a foot thing! Just like you!"
Of course, the only other foot guy I saw on TV was a shoe salesman on Sex in the City, and that wasn't the most complimentary representation. But, CSI, to the best of my knowledge, has TV's first open foot guy.
I asked her if the foot thing plays out in later episodes when he becomes a fulltime regular character. She said there was only one way to find out.

Youll find theres alot more, in the comedy Scrubs, Turk has to work with the some new girl whom he argues with alot, i cant remember her name, but at one point of the episode i think shes walking past him and hes talkin in his mind sayin " who does she think she is, look her clothes, her hair, her body (something like that)" and the camara goes down to her feet and he goes " look at dem feet, i looooove feet". so yeah, theres another character, Turk from Scrubs

I cant remember the show but william shattner is in it maybe boston legal. I remember the main male charater removing a ladies shoe then massaging her foot then telling her not to worry it was just a little fetish.

Yeah, Quagmire for sure, but there haven't been any real foot scenes involving him asides from the occasional sandal sniff and his need for Lois' toenail clippings so they'd be ready for his date.

David Spade's character, Dennis Finch, also has a foot fetish. Guest star Tiffani Amber Thiessen needed a foot rub. [Can we say... 'Resistance is futile?'] Anyway, during the foot massage he managed to sneak a few toes inside his mouth! She was outraged of course, but he explained himself: "Just a little TLC for the T-O-E."
