I have this picture but I do not have an editor to raise the quality so it is not so pixilated so I was wondering if anyone could edit it so it is a big pic but recingnisable

Dude, I shrunk it down to almost 50X50 and it was still pixilated and unrcognizeable with a magnifying glass. I'm guessing its a woman's foot in a thong sandal. Perhaps you can get another picture.

I was just seeing if anyone could do it for me it was for a friend she asked me to do it for her but all she gave me was a pic about 10x10 so it was hard to work with

I don't think it's possible to get much better resolution out of that particular photo. You're better off just snapping another shot.
