the other day i was watching the travel channel and they were showing all thease differant specialty botiques that are throught our country n shit,everything from spam,to ufos,to chtlins,etc.the same nite i found myself walking along christopher street in nyc and saying to myself "if there can be gay pride stores with homoerotic videos,clothes and services,why cant their be a foot fetish botique in this world?think about it a store where if you wanna buy a legshow mag or a toe tales video,the register guys doesnt give smirk under his breath.nomore running around porn store to porn store looking for a decent size foot fetish video section,and has the video your looking for.possibly having a pedicure area in the store with the the best manicurest who know feet well(see how possibly women could view why gettin their nails done there)idk,honestly give me the pros n cons and your opinions of this

I dont see any reason why it wouldnt be feasible.You would just have to make sure there is a market for it where you are thinking of opening it.In your case ,NY should be a good market...whereas a place with a smaller population would probably flounder.Oh,by the way...if I am ever in NY...I'll definetly pop by

well I'm not trying to say I'm going to open a foot fetish store,its onely a thought or idea right now.with the way realestate is here now,I would need big big bucks to open any form of buisness in mahattan lol,and that I can't say I have right now.but ya think about it,a foot fetish friendly store,smart move or not

exacly.and I think theres a market for it being I've herd close to 30percent (dont quote me on that number)of men have some form of foot fetish.think about it,theres adult gay stores,bdsm shops with videos,or clothing or both.now if they exsist,why can't nor has a foot fetish botique existed

If gay is OK, then why are we weirdos? I think a foot fetish shop is a great idea. Asie from the more obvious mags and videos, they could sell foot lotions, toerings, barefoot sandals, ankle bracelets, and so forth. Maybe they could even have barefooted sales girls! (But no touching allowed!)

I agree with you there. What they could do is have a barefoot girl, or two, work in the store, but also have a strongarm boy around in case there's trouble! Come to think of it, there's a store in Las Vegas that speciallizes in toerings. Or at least there was, a couple years ago.

thats a really awesome idea.. the only thing id say is the foot salon part would be too much, especially if it is to cater to a mostly heterosexual male crowd, that would seem sleazy and would proally go something like this .. actually, if you put foot women and strong arm bouncers to work in there, MAYBE the nail salon idea might work.. the female store employees would proally have some kind of convincing power

i acually brought this up to a couple of friends today who are not foot fetishists,and they agreed n said its a good point of why hasnt somone done this already,and thought there is def money to be made,then i was cracked on how onely i would think of this lol.if somhow a decent sum of money falls into my hands,its a done deal.the prob is havin decent money to fall into my hands for somthing like this lol

I think something like that in Manhattan could totally work. Of course, you would have to vary it up enough with all kinds of products related to feet with toerings, massage oils, even various high heels and nail polish colors and anything else related to women's feet. The foot porn section would have to be on the lowdown, just so you don't get labelled as a "porn store". I know that in certain areas of NYC, only so much percentage of a total store area now can be dedicated to porn, as part of the city's big "clean up" of "seedy operations" over the last 10-15 years. If you go over the percentage of that specified area, you'll have some problems.

Well, the idea is an excellent one, catering as it would to a sizable niche market. I'm in one of the outer boroughs and would definitely shop and hang out in the presumably friendly confines of such a place. Too bad that I don't have the venture capital or I would help start it up.
