Those of you who routinely work with foot models; Is there a specific agreement or contract that you both sign? I was wondering if you had them sign something to the effect of who owns the pictures, confidentiality, etc.
I'd appreciate any advise on this or if you could shoot me an example.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, definitely have the model sign a "Model Release Form". You can do a Google search to find a standard copy that you can customize with your own info.
Basically, when the model signs the release form, she's giving you full rights to do whatever you like with the photos. You can copyright them, publish them, alter them, whatever you want because thet're yours.
Also, get a copy of some sort of the model's photo ID showing her birthday, real name, and signature.
I have never run into any problems where I've had to show a release form or photo ID, but at least I have all that info in case I ever need it.

Ditto everything Tyler and Bondo said. It's worth the extra work to keep some unnecessary shit from coming your way in the future. While I don't own a foot fetish site I have owned a couple businesses with which contracts were involved. Have a lawyer read over your forms and take care of any problems and close up any loopholes for you. It may be a couple extra bucks but better to spend a couple bucks now to prevent a problem costing thousands of dollars later.

Yes, I agree with everyone. My understanding is it depends on what you want to do with the pics or vids. You'll need to buy the 'rights' for the material in the contract for any media you plan to disribute them in if that is what you are thinking. But like Tyler says, if it is just for personal use then you don't. Have fun whatever!
