There are so many that come to mind. Having been following porn for more years than I care to mention, it is difficult to have to have just one favorite. Of the last few years, certainly Silvia Saint and Mya Diamond stand out, as well as the Tall Goddess. Don't forget Goldie (aka Goldie Blair/Goldie Starr), breathtaking feet!
Going back to the 90's, we shouldn't forget Danyell Cheeks, Roxanne Hall, Julie Rage, and Rebecca Lords among other notables.
From the era of the great Queens of the adult cinema: Sharon Kane & Porsche Lynn (see the Spike Heel Diaries), Barbara Dare, Debi Diamond, Erica Boyer, and Tori Welles. The latter didn't really do any "fetishy" flicks or photos to my knowledge but the glimpses of their feet were certainly attention-getting.
If I had to pick just one, though, I would have to come to one star that was certainly one of the most beautiful women ever in porn. Again, you just have to watch for the glimpse in magazines and movies. My selection, then: Janine Lindemulder. Hope that wasn't too anti-climactic.
