Mom's friend CAN be OK, but still requires caution and thinking about the consequences as Footlovers said. Some women would never divulge their sex secrets, and the fact that she's doing something sexual with her friend's son might just be a really strong sexual thrill. Personally though, I'd always be living in fear that she'd rat me out, especially if something goes sour between you and her, or her and your mom.
Relatives, even distant relatives, is trickier and riskier still IMHO.
