Sorry it took me so long to see this post. I know that there has been chit-chat over the years as to the true size of my feet. Well I never tried to mislead anyone about my actual foot size. For those of you who were a Member of my foot fetish website at the very beginning - back in 2002 & 2003... you may remember that I took pictures with a ruler, and various household items to illustrate the size of my feet. I also showed my shoe labels, and a few times over the later years ~ I did foot compare pics when possible. My petite peds measure 7 1/2 inches long, and depending on the shoe I'm a size 2 to 3... Usually a size 2.5! There are marked differences between a child's and a woman's foot 'last' -- so kids shoes tend to be too narrow, but women's shoes are too big. I often wish that my feet could be a size 5 -- I would have soooo many shoes! hehe Most women my height have about a size 5 or 6 shoe. FYI, a size 5 US is about an inch to almost two inches larger than my feet (8 to 9 inches in length depending on which chart you use). Clearly one will find variations of 'sizing' based on country of origin, style, use, and even the shoe designer.
I think it would surprise people to realize that there isn't that much difference in shoe length from 'size to size'. But obviously wearing shoes that are a few inches too large is very uncomfortable, and usually looks bad as well. lol Well I hope this post clears a few things up. Bye for now and take care.
