Does anyone have contact information for him? I am having trouble with my password and I have not heard back anything. Very frustrating as I did pay for my membership.

I have emailed and Pm'd him with no response. I guess I am more disappointed than anything due to me paying for a service and being ignored when I have tried to contact him. Very frustrating and It is taking alot for me to remain civil.

Have you emailed the company who handles sign ups, not the webmaster? Go to the page where you sign up and see if you can find company information. Usually the web master isn't the one handling credit card information, a bank or billing company is. They can often help with things of that nature. I can tell you that if someone has a problem remembering their information, there is no way for me to find it. BHE would have to be contacted as far as my site goes because they handle that info. Hope that helps.
