Are all beautiful feet created equal? Or does the relative beauty depend on the person they are attached to? Are feet on attractive women more appealing than on a less attractive woman with the same foot features? Does a woman with an attractive personality improve the beauty of her feet as well?
In my experience the actual beauty of her feet is not influence by these other factors, however my attraction is. I like beautiful, smart and sweet/humble women and when I get that combo it definitely has an effect on the intesity of my attraction for her including her feet.

There are some feet that are just plain HOT no matter what personality the woman has or what she looks like. I've found that many feet are a case by case basis and the person to whom the feet are attached usually makes them even better. Some feet are just plain ugly though.

i definitely think that the rest of the woman definitely affects the hotness of her feet just as the hotness of her feet affects how attractive i find the woman. for instance.. as unattractive as i find celine dion, she's got some nice feet and it was a suprise when i finally saw them and raised her hot stock quite a bit. conversely, i find hayden panatierre's feet very very unappealing to the point where i don't even find her attractive at all.

feet are feet. if the woman is butt ugly but has pretty feet then she has pretty feet. great looks with the best personality along with undesirable feet results in undesirable feet. unless you're swayed to give points based off other credentials feet are always feet.

The rest of the woman affects the feet for me. Of course feet have their own independent appeal, but I like to take the whole person into account.

sometimes feet can be hotter because of the girl theyre on... maybe other deatures complimenting them?? But more that that, her personality and the way she may present them.. such as wiggling her toes in public, having more playful feet, she can make her feet appear sexier , just by how playful they are..
but other times, there could be a woman that is spoiled and annoys me, and even ugly, but if they have gorgeous feet, I will recognize it..
so to your original question.. yes and no

feet as a stand alone has it's own value of "pretty".. but the whole person will impact attractiveness...
great feet with the rest being horrible, i won't bother to get close enough to the person to do anything with their feet. but if the rest is great.. then.. i'll get close enough to enjoy the feet.

I would have to say yes I would prefer the pretty woman than an ugly woman with the same beautiful feet. But there is just something about a "whatever" woman with 10/10 feet that just sends me through the roof.

I think an attractive woman with attractive feet is the ultimate ticket! lol That being said I have met some lovely ladies with some bum busted feet before...that was a total turn off. I've also messed with some girlies who were decent/average and had spectacular feet. Kinda brought them to that next level for me.

As I have said a few times here, the woman to whom the feet are attached is a powerful influence on how I perceive her feet. I have met beautiful women that had unequivocally ugly feet (few and far between) which I could not get past. Other women, who were very attractive with so-so feet, had enough character and personality that their feet became attractive to me.
I think there are many contributing factors that makes a person (or a pair of feet) appealing.

I find I'm certainly more attracted to the feet if the woman is more attractive, but that works both ways; if I see a REALLY attractive pair of feet, then I see the woman is somewhat unattractive, I'm more attracted to the woman than I would have been had I not seen the feet...lol

Couldn't give a fuck if the girl is hot or not long as the peds are hot then I'm game That was just talking strictly foot play though, now relationship wise or the "normal" sex stuff then she has to have the WHOLE package, personality,looks,feet etc. for me to consider her being an all around good lay.
