After some research I came to the conclusion that while semen does have proteins, lipids and prostaglandins, none of these are able to penetrate the skin without a stimulant to aid in the penetration. Semen does not have such a stimulus.

When it comes down to it ... this myth is no more than a "clever" attempt at convincing women to accept a "facial".
