About 5 years back me and some friends were having a night of under age drinkin fun. My friend Kim put her foot in my face and said "suck my toes!" so I happily did so. As for seeing people in public I've never seen it, but I rarely go to public parks with huge crowds where it may occur. I probably wouldn't worship feet in public. Well, given the setting, this probably won't be considered all that unique, but, over the years, I've had the pleasure of attending a private swingers party or two ... or 30.
By the time the parties wear on and settle into the evening's group activities, I'm usually able to spot someone indulging in a little toe sucking or getting a quick footjob.
Often, that person is me, but just as frequently it's someone else. What I have noticed, though, is that if I'm the first one to go down that path, it opens the gates for those who are a little more shy about their predilection for feet. Once I'm sucking some pretty toes, invariably I can look around the room and see someone else doing the same thing.
What I've found interesting is that, among this circle of 30 or 40 regulars, mostly couples, I'm known as a foot guy. Not "the foot guy" and all of the bad things that can be associated with such a label, but as someone who simply appreciates nice feet ... regarded the same as someone who's known to be a tit guy or an ass man. That's probably because feet aren't all I'm interested in ... I love the standard stuff, too.
It's a very accepting crowd, I must say. There are some ladies among them who make a point of showing their new pedicures or new shoes to me during the cocktail-and-hors d'oeuvres portion of the evening.
Other than that, no, I've never seen anyone openly engaging in foot stuff.

I got a pretty good story for this actually:
Me and my housemate Adam watched the 40 days and 40 nights movie so we decided to bet each other that we couldn't last that long. This seemed quite hard as we're each others wingman and do pretty well Anyways, we get to about 3 weeks and the 2 girl housemates we have start winding us up by giving us 'almost-lapdances'. My brother randomly went into the garden whilst my girlfriend was punishing me for not knowing my french. She was on a swinging garden chair and pressing her feet into my face as I lay on the ground.
