Matt, Be the cool friendly sociable guy at your office. Be the guy that invites EVERYONE out for drinks and fun after work. Do this and chat up your love interest. Be cool confident and funny. Ask her out. Be a great date. Be a good kisser and finally a good lover. Next time you guys hook up bring your foot fetish into the mix. this is very true cuz you will have a good chance of getting kicked out, unless of course you are extremely skilled at negotiating (and then pleasing her).
nonetheless, if you do pursue the cash-for-pleasure route, make sure it is win-win.
this quick/upfront method will also save you tons of time & money over the long run than if you were to "work-your-way-in" so to speak for weeks or months at a time.

I think fetishists think too much sometimes. Rule your environment. Some foot fetishists I know do not go out for a night on the town, they go out hunting. I think it could end up being a mistake if this job is your lively hood if someone rejected your advances and then blew the harassment whistle on you. I think most people end up meeting their significant others at work, school, etc, but it can bite you in the ass if you're not careful. Proceed with caution.
