Im Pretty sure Thomas Harris has one. Hes the author of Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, etc. He does a lot of reference to female feet in his books!

There was a good description of a young lady's feet in the book "Johnny Got His Gun." It was in a scene where the guy who goes to war was with his girlfriend, and she walked across the floor barefoot, and he was able to see the arch of her foot and a lengthwise arch that crossed the ball of her foot, if I remember correctly. He was, I believe, describing a very athletic foot with arches in all the right places.
