My friends at sadofootjob.com were kind enough to send me their awesome product for free to try it out, and it is awesome! Such a cool design, and the item itself is of extremely high quality.
I couldn't wait to try it out and took about 150 pictures of me playing around with it using a vibrator. Hey Mike, good question. It doesn't necessary make the footjob "better" in a sense, but it is something different. My big toes are still more than able to participate in the footjob, and the feedback I got was that the soft leather was actually quite pleasant against his dick.
Of course, in the right hands (err... feet) it could definitely be used more harshly. I could simply spread my legs apart to put extra tension on the strapped penis and pull and twist. Or wrap the chains around the cock and give a footjob like that (which I can't imagine would be pleasant).
