My personal opinion is dominant. For me the submissive aspect of kneeling and worshipping a girls feet is what gets me off. Although I'm a bit of an odd ball since I don't necessarily get turned on by a picture of JUST a girls feet, I need her face in there too.
If you're asking for reasons of a webpage, or your clip store and don't know which direction to take it I think it's pretty much a toss up. It may be because of my personal biased, so I could be completely wrong, but I find the majority of foot fetish websites out there cater to those that enjoy a dominant girl. The internet has to be saturated with websites containing dominant girls. It's not nearly as often that I come across a site featuring girls being submissive and getting their feet worshipped. So you may find a market for guys looking for that style of webpage.

Are you talking in the sense of what we like to see in photos, or in our private time with a significant other? I know in photos I tend to like seeing a girl who is playful and more "real" than posing as something she is not.
