I was just wondering, lets say you post and ad on craigslist, or wherever, and you offer to pay a girl to let you worship her feet.. You both would be fully clothed, and all you would do is lick/suck her toes and feet. Could you get arrested? Like if the girl was a cop, or maybe you did it in your car in public and a cop saw you.. I didnt know if it would be some kind of prostition since you were both clothed.. to some people, foot worship isnt a sex act.... Just a question my crazy mind thought of yesterday LOL

In my adventures on Craigslist I have never gotten into any trouble. Really I think it comes down to what the laws are in your state since different states have different laws.

...Earlier this year, I got pulled over in Arkansas with 4 of Arkansas finest to be put on beautifulfeetonline this fall and all the cop did, after viewing the some of the tapes was give me a lecture on morality and going to hell, true story.
I knew I would not get into trouble so I let him view them. As I also handed him my attorneys business card at the same time. You would win in court. To be prosecuted for giving fully clothed consensual foot adoration is retarded. I would think you would be safe, man.

Not sure how the laws are by you but it "could" be considered as prostitution which is illegal in most places. The odds of being prosecuted for it though are much lower than that of winning the lottery twice back to back.
And Tyler, we all know your form of happiness is an exercising amazon. lol

Sorry to break it to you but if it constitutes a sexual act with the exchange of assets or monies it's considered prostitution and is probably illegal in your state.
