She has stated that several times in the forums on her website, nina.com. (Access is free.) Since around 2005 or so, she has said she doesn't feel comfortable performing without them now that she no longer tans and, let's face it, is now in her 50s (and still looks great).
What she hasn't said, at least publicly, is that since some internal surgery a few years ago, her tummy isn't as taut and flat as it used to be, so she has been wearing items (garter belts, bustiers, corsets, etc.) to cover it up. And you can't really wear those without the stockings as well, so she basically has adopted the prim and proper MILF look.
