OMG! They even make a joke saying that double vision would not be a problem in strip clubs.

Yeah, it's totally the guy's fault.

Just goes to show how screwed the American Justice system is.

In the US everybody sues everybody, even if you don't have a foot (pardon the pun) to stand on, you're bound to get some sort of settlement.

Apparently in FL there are a lot of ambulance chasing, crooked lawyers, one of them is Lytal the III on who's press statement the "settlement" story is written.

I can't say that mans injuries are real or not real. Neither can I say that he had or hadn't initiated the attack. What I could for sure say his lawyer is a 100% pure crook.

What I will add is wearing those type of shoes give me vertigo. I personally feel safe walking with around with those types in my bag knowing I can club someone unconscious without a problem.
