Well- I guess that feet are involved at some point everytime my wife and I have sex. But- it's not 100% feet oriented. I like to do things such as tie her and tickle her, tease her, watch porn, have her dress up,take pictures,etc,,sometimes..so we are not in a rut.....
She knows how crazy I am for her feet and she really likes that, and over the years has become very turned on when her feet are played with. So-even if we are having a "vanilla" sort of night- I usually get some soles in my face as some point.

Really depends on my mood and what I'm craving. Oddly enough, sometimes her feet are the farthest thing from my mind and I just crave straight sex or oral.

I would say, 85% of the time there is footplay while having sex with my wife, which is plenty for me. There are times when I don't have the urge to lick my wife's feet, but most of the time I just have to taste her feet while having sex.

for me, it's actually not that often but it definitely changes. there are stretches where it's as often as every time and stretches where it's not involved at all. overall i would say it's less than 50% of the time but there is alot of foot contact outside of the bedroom too. lotioning, massages, just rubbing or touching, and whole hell of alot of staring.
