On Dateline, they just had a story about plastic surgery for the feet.
They had a woman who was 'ashamed' to have her second toe longer then her big toe and has had to hide her feet because how 'ugly' that longer toe was.
...so this doctor cut the bone down so the toe was shorter then the big toe and thus 'more attractive'.

I think I remember hearing about this. People get ideas about what's "beautiful" or "ugly", and if they don't measure up...stuff like this happens.

It was a shame hearing the woman talk about the 'shame' of having a longer middle toe...it was as if she was a leper and everyone around her was just nodding in agreement.
The podietrist or cosmotologist or whatever doing the job was talking about 'fixing' a woman's foot so they can fit into the designer shoes, etc.
At the end, it was a bit creepy with the doctor talking about how beautiful feet are and how we can look and admire them and his interest in it.
While I agree with him, he was this short guy with these big bulging eyes...reminded me of the henchman in Young Frankenstein...the 'Abbey Normal' guy.
The other 'cosmetic' foot surgery was a woman had fat sucked out from her abdoman region and injected into the balls of her foot...she described it as two big pillows she is now walking on.

I would love to see a surgery to increase the height of the arch. I LOVE high arches...and so many women have flat one's. A foot isn't sexy to me without a high arch. But that's just me. And i'm half kidding....the procedure sounds painful!

that is unbelievable. it is a shame so many people made that woman feel that way about her feet. if only she could have met me prior to surgery. i would have made her feel like a princess.
and maybe in return she coulda used her long toes to make my schlong feel like Jack's beanstalk!

I'm one of the ones who finds the second toe longer quite sexy. Wouldn't be surprised if she found and married a guy who liked the second toe longer and she got it re-lengthend

this is weird, but I think if there was any "augmentation" on the female foot, that the essence would be all fucked up, like synthetic or something. I would most likely not be down to worship that.
On the other hand, I hate fake tits too, they feel weird. And marshmallows freak me out.

I'm with Detroit and personally find the second toe being longer than the big toe unattractive, but if her nails and toes look good otherwise would have no problems looking at them every day.

i'm not a fan of the longer second toe either. it's not ugly to me unless it's crazy long, but it's just not a plus. the downside that i've seen is that sometimes that longer second toe makes shoes too tight and you end up with the last digit for that toe making a right angle turn down. i met a woman who had sexy feet except for that toe and it make her foot look deformed. check out nicky hilton for what i am talking about.

I had a foot model who thought her feet were nasty because she hated the fact her second toe is longer. I am pretty flexible when it comes to toe length as long as her soles and her overall foot appearance is atheistically pleasing. Soles have to be soft and she has to have arches! Flat footed feet are a big no no for me.
