Are any of you on the other major foot forum the Mouse Pad? I've been considering joining it, but have heard some bad things about it--that they tolerate trolls and flame wars, etc.

I haven't been on there for a couple years. After they switched from EZboard to yuku (or whatever), I got locked out.
I remember there was a section for flames. And I guess there were some trolls too...but where are there not?

I am on there. Let me assure you that this is the best foot board, the quality of the people, is much, much better here. Here people are more polite, considerate, and a pleasure to chat and comment with. On that board there are many arrogant, bitchy, snippy, whinny trolls and the like. The pictures and stories there are good though. So procede with caution and beware. One of their motto's there is DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE, but many people there don't seem to follow that guideline. Spend more time here.

the mouse pad and feetboard.com are my 2 mayjor dl sites. i dont know if the are any other bigs ones like those 2. but the mouse pad is very good, not wat it use to be. they use to hae a shit load lot more movies and stuff. now if seems in recent weeks more people have been going back to it. its all round a good board. same with feetboard.com . if there are any other mayjor ones please let me know.

I'm completely finished with the Mouse Pad as of earlier this year. Just sick of human garbage making juvenile and offensive posts all the time.
Foooster008 is completely wrong. There are plently of sources of porn (better than the Mousepad by far) that you do not have to deal with that sort of crap.
Every so often we see a story posted here about some out- of-control perve doing something foot related- and the ensuing discussion always seems to involve bemoaning how that makes foot lovers look bad in the general public arena. I think the Mouepad is the venue that makes foot people look bad to other foot guys.
And- as I've said before- if more content of porn is the issue -we should work harder to post video content here. I could certainly get things off to a good start if others would join me in enhancing the adult section here.

I've been a member of both boards for more than 10 years now, but I'm finding less and less reason to go to The Mouse Pad. It is rapidly degenerating into a lawless outpost of illiterate pricks and mouth-breathing imbeciles, and the benefits soon will no longer outweigh the offenses to one's sensibilities if the moderators don't start policing matters.

I've been a member of both Wu's forum and the MousePad for a number of years, and my observations are as follows:
The Pad has definitely become more of a juvenile dumping ground/request forum in recent years, which is a real shame because it started from very humble beginnings, just as Wu's did, way back in the the good/bad old days of dial-up Internet.
People on Wu's tend to be much nicer, more intelligent, forgiving, yet sometimes obsequious, often gushing praise over mediocre content for the sake of encouragement.
Pad members tend to speak their minds more freely, but often in the harshest, most vile manner. Most of it is easy to skim through or turn the other cheek when necessary, and I find a lot of it to be entertaining; akin to a real world reality check, coming from a background of working on the streets. Many of those targeted really deserve it afterall, but many good folks have also taken a hard beating and never returned. There are virually zero women on the Pad for example. They are almost always driven away by the a-holes.
On the other hand, many of the good folks on Wu's, for all their effort, seem to live in somewhat of a bubble and strike me as somewhat naive, but well intentioned. It's more of a supportive family atmosphere, assuming you have family and everyone gets along. If not you're always welcome at Wu's.
You have to be logged in as a member to access any of Wu's froum, vs only the adult/enthusiast content of the Pad, for better or worse, probably worse in many cases. Afterall some guys come up with some of the most outrageous/stranger than fiction comments, stories, and discussions.
Both forums are on Internet however, so there is plenty of crossover.
Most most recent hate-mail came from a Wu's member. Take it with a grain of salt.

Been members of both boards and mostly agree with Goodguyneighbor. Wus feels like home. However I concur on the fact that comments on Wus are sometimes difficult to understand. Post showing a pair of mediocre feet with no body or face and people go crazy because " I snapped these shots of my wife/GF". Poor looking feet is poor looking feet. You can give A for effort but when I see 2 pages of replies on a post like that I go seriously WTF?

I pop on The Pad often to check the Enthusiast and Model Content forums as there's usually lots of good content that doesn't always pop up here. I don't post there very often, but I've never personally had any negativity from members there on my pictures. That said some people there do let fly freely with harsh comments on some pics.
If you post there just be sure you have a thick skin if you picture post isn't up to someone's standards and they flame you. Don't let it get you down though as its probably just a 15 year old wise guy that is sneaking on his daddy's computer checking out his porn sites in between feeding his zits a steady diet of YooHoos and Moonpies.
