Wow, I can't believe I forgot dashboard feet, sleepy feet, smelly feet and foot crushing ... they are definitely all good calls.

Second toe longer than first is another obvious sub-fetish that I forgot.

I think "The pose" qualifies as it's own thing as well.

I've never heard of bastinado or pump bumps.

I think bastinado is mildly striking the feet and pump bumps are a lesion that can be recieved on the Achilles tendon from wearing abrasive shoes..
