Hey guys, I’m needing some advice for my particular situation. I have had a foot fetish all my life and enjoy it, and while I don’t want to cure myself of it, I want to expand my “sexual horizons” so to speak. When it comes to sexual imagery that really gets me going, I tend to focus on the feet but not much else it seems. A woman’s good looks and the thought of sex itself is of course appealing, but not quite at the same level as feet. I want to broaden my sexual range, and I have a few ideas but would also like some input on them.
I recently took up meditation through a podcast I happened to run across. I really enjoyed that style of learning, and was wondering if anyone knew of any podcasts that would apply to my situation? Or any self-help books dealing with sexual well-being they would recommend? I’m trying to change the way I think about these sorts of things and expand my range, and any help is appreciated. I feel ya on the self improvement front. Especially as it applies to broadening your sexual horizons beyond just feet.
I used to be in the same boat and could not orgasm to anything else unless it was feet.
Well it took a lot of time and a lot of conditioning, but I didn't do it through podcasts or self help books.
I just made a conscientious decision to slowly incorporate more traditional aspects of human mating/courting rituals into my fantasies and over time, I have been able to diversify beyond my urges for feet.
Nowadays, I fuck like a champ and I also fuck without a condom. Sometimes, chicks are even loving it during foreplay when I make statements like: "my cock rules all!"
It's all about modifying your fantasies and then pursuing them in real life and then achieving them. Self help starts in the mind if you ask me.

I agree Tyler, a lot of my reconditioning will come through "hands-on experience" rather than just thinking about it. I've tried in the past to incorporate some new practices into my sex life with mixed success. I'm single at the moment, and would like to have some stuff to think about and soak in before putting it into practice.
