Hope your back is getting better man. I hurt my back once and it's never been right since. Whenever the weather gets cold, it just starts acting up on me. You need a distraction, possibly in the form of one of your models sticking her feet in your face for an hour.

I've had back problems for years (might be going in for a forth surgery)The only thing I found that helps is taking the pain killers and taking it easy for a few days with some physical thearapy...Just be careful with the meds Patrick its a slippery slope with those things..If you feel up to it walking works wonders for me...Hope you feel better soon... nothing worse than back problems. we've been dealing with my wife's degenerative discs for years. take it easy and dont rush things.
