so im surfing through youtube and i run into a few full length vids of the high arched beauty "penny hooks". i was first suprised to see any full videos of her (i recognized that arch immediately, then one where she is wearing foot jewlery) when i realized i was not on the creator's page.
turns out "shooting3" (the producer) happened to stumble upon the videos as well and decided to post in the comments that the videos were his and the content was stolen. at this point the OP argued that once u buy the clip then you can do what you want with it and made the producer out to be interested in only money... and continued to attempt to allude that you cannot charge money for the beauty of female feet. he said he did not "steal" the footage, that hes just "sharing" it.
wait... what?
yeah. then to make it worse, at least a few comments were added in defense of the PIRATE! someone says they dont like the OP's attitude and that he is upset for all the wrong reasons (losing money).
im pretty upset regardless of the thought that i realize this situation could happen to me anytime. ive always had respect for copyrighted material, PARTICULARLY the smaller business types. i understand people pirate all the time, but to just shit and STAND by it with such dignity BLOWS ME!
needless to say i will be attempting to flag the videos with a copyright. even if he gets the page shut down, it wont stop him from reposting on youtube or other places. i can believe that he posted these videos (its nothing new), but the fact that he argued with the producer that he wont be removing the content is becoming harder and harder for me to digest.

edelbrock, Send a DMCA immediately. Reverse IP the domain, find out who the ISP is. Also forward a copy of your DMCA to them. And the IP will take it down, if the webmaster does not. Furthermore, you are aware that you can sopena his address from his ISP if this nonsense continues and go after him personally for copyright damages, yes?

I've dealt with wise guys like this before but mainly with photos since I don't do a whole lot of video. After going through the motions and contacting the right people, problems usually worked themselves out.
As far as the attitude, that's sad they inject that poison into the matter, it only shows their insecurity and failure to produce anything of value themselves so they steal it from others.

Any clever content producer would not confront someone like that. File a report to Youtube and if need be contact your lawyers.
