I want to share a new technique I discovered while giving my girlfriend a foot massage last night. Normally I use my thumbs to apply pressure to her arches and the balls of her feet. But last night I experimented by grinding my elbow into the spot where her arch meets the ball of her foot. Her face lit up, her skin was covered with goosebumps, and her response was, "WOW! That's new! Don't stop!" She gave my foot massages good reviews before, but that was a new response. A better one.
My thinking is that the elbow can apply greater pressure to a wider area than the thumbs. She has high arches and prefers it when I press hard during a massage.
Maybe this technique isn't new to many of you, but if it is then I hope this gives you something to try out with your lady tonight. I'd be interested in hearing how it goes.
Pro Tip: Make sure your elbows aren't all crusty and nasty, first.

I've herd of elbows used in a regular back massage, but never on feet! Ill try this tonight! Thanks for the tip!

It was ok. I feel for the most part anything I do feels good to her. But it's cool to have one more proffesional move to use.
